IF PAYING BY CHECK: All checks should be payable to MASNO, and must include the applicant's name and NOPI 2022 on the memo line for accurate processing.
NOPI General Application Fee - $70 (Non-refundable. Submit together with application by May 15, 2022)
Concerto Competition Application Fee - $45
NOPI Active Participant Tuition - $630 (To be paid by June 15, 2022 after notification of acceptance. Non-refundable after July 1, 2022)
NOPI Active Participant Tuition (with Scholarship applied) - $330 (To be paid by June 15, 2022. Non-refundable after July 1, 2022)
NOPI Observer Tuition - $390 (Non-refundable after July 1, 2022)
NOPI Room and Board: $590 for a single student in a double occupancy room
